✅ SB25-079: Regulating Crypto Kiosks
What it does:
Puts rules in place for crypto kiosks (like Bitcoin ATMs).
Requires clear receipts and disclosures for transactions.
Sets a $1,000 daily limit for new users.
Mandates refunds if a scam is confirmed by law enforcement.
Why it matters: Protects people—especially seniors—from getting scammed through crypto.
✅ SJR25-014: Honoring Single Parent Day
What it is: A resolution that officially recognizes March 21 as Single Parent Day in Colorado.
Why it matters: It celebrates the strength and hard work of single parents and calls for more support and resources for them.
